B-MAX Multi-Axis Shake Table is designed to perform durability and performance evaluation of automotive components and sub-assemblies. The computerized control system delivers user friendly, repeatable and reproducible operation with powerful application software that covers a wide range of testing requirements. Vibration inputs can be generated with up to six degrees of freedom (6 DOF) individually or collectively. The fatigue rated servoactuators feature swivel mounting on both ends to isolate the actuator rods from side loads and lateral accelerations. All actuators react vertically into the reaction mass and are coupled with lever arms to transfer displacements to the table. The user friendly real-time software enforces any desired 6 DOF table motion history at speeds restricted only by hydraulic power capacity.
Test Applications
Features & Benefits
B-BJ Ball Joint Test System performs durability and performance evaluation of ball joint system by subjecting the specimen to tilt, rotation and axial loads. Servo torque motor, servo hydraulic linear actuators, customized fixtures, and transducers simulate the real test conditions with a computerized (2360) controller. The system meets JASO C 715, SAE J 193 and SAE J 1367.
Test Applications
Features & Benefits
B-603 CV Joint Test System enables constant velocity testing per SAE J 2028. The test setup evaluates the quality of CV joints by simulating the actual movements as in automobiles with a 2360 controller. The two mounting blocks bolted on the frame support a hydraulic motor and a torque load cell coupled with transducers for precision measurement and customized fixtures to hold the test specimen. The mounting blocks have provision to rotate (+/-45 degrees) and also to move to and fro adjusting to the varying lengths of specimen.
Test Applications
Features & Benefits
The Alternate Torque Rotational test bench applies a servo-controlled alternate torque to a clutch disk or fly wheel damper while the specimen is rotating at speeds that can vary from zero to 6,000 RPM. The torsional system can apply torque of ± 1000 Nm. It can deliver ± 1° at speeds up to 60 Hz, while the component is rotating.
B-375 Servo hydraulic Elastomer & Engine Mount Test Systems are used for developmental testing and quality assurance of elastomers including engine and transmission mounts, bushings and other rubberized components, that suppress noise and vibration. These systems assess vibration response at frequencies ranging from static to 200 Hz, displacements ranging from 50 microns to 15 mm, and forces ranging to 25 kN (5,500 lbf). Production test system configurations are available that automatically test parts for damping response over a specified amplitude and frequency.
Test Applications
Features & Benefits
B-303 is the industry's first high productivity shock absorber - strut - front-fork test system specially designed for use on damper production lines. B-303 helps ensure assembled parts meet specified performance specifications, and is result of over seven years of R&D with a focus on harmonizing production line test requirements for 2, 3 and 4-wheeler suspension components. Individual features of B-303 have been tested and proven over this period by major worldwide shock manufacturers.
Features & Benefits
Electromechanical Steering Gear Functional Test Rig performs most characterization tests on mechanical and power assisted steering gears.

B-607 Tire Test Systems evaluate both static and dynamic properties of tires, including durability under constant as well as road simulation loading. The test system features two carriages with spindle assemblies and can test two tires simultaneously. The wheel load is adjustable with maximum load of 100 kN (22,500 lbf) applied through two servo hydraulic actuators. Tires sized 300 mm to 1,700 mm (12 in. to 67 in.) in diameter can be tested at speeds to 300 km/h (190 mph). The system measures all forces and moments acting between the tire and drum with tests in line with ECE, DOT and SAE standard practices. Mechanical stoppers, proximity sensors and software limits prevent the wheel rim from coming in contact with the high speed rotating drum if the tire bursts. Additional safety features include a meshed door around the testing area and an enclosure surrounding the belt running on the motor.
