GB5-200 Series Fracture Mechanics Clevis Grips are designed for static and dynamic testing of compact tension specimen in accordance with relevant ASTM standard practices. The fracture toughness tests such as KIc, JIc and CTOD can be conducted using these clevises in accordance with ASTM E399, E647 and E1820. To meet the test requirements for specimens of varying width and thickness, a series of clevis grips with varying sizes are available. Standard grips are rated from 0 °C to 100 °C (32°F to 212°F) for low temperature and elevated temperature applications. Models are available that will accommodate temperature ranges from -70 °C to 1000 °C (-94°F to 1832°F).

Features & Benefits
The GD6241-175H Hydraulic Clamping Fixture is specifically made to test for the ASTM D6241 standards. This clamping fixture applies up to 100 kN clamping force (or 22,500 lbs).Using this clamping fixture, a test specimen is clamped between the circular plates and force is exerted against the center of the unsupported portion of the test specimen by a steel plunger attached to the load indicator until rupture occurs.
Note that this machine requires the customer to provide compressed air supply - 70 psi (5 bar).
Model: #GD6241-175
Force: 100 kN (22,500 lbf)
Diameter: Probe size - 50 mm (1.97 in)
Features & Benefits
GISO20482-145 Erichsen Deep Draw Test Fixture tests metallic sheets and strips having a thickness from 0,1 mm up to 2 mm and a width of 90 mm or greater to undergo plastic deformation in stretch forming.
Model: #GISO20482-145
Force: Made to standard
Width: Made to standard
Diameter: Made to standard
Features & Benefits
Model: #GD5748-174
The GD5748-174 meets the requirements of ASTM D5748 for testing the puncture resistance of stretch wrap film. The fixture consists of a 19mm (0.75 in.) diameter, pear-shaped, Teflon coated probe and clamping fixture having a 102 mm (4 in.) diameter opening and 200 mm depth.

Model: #GEN14477-525
Burst or puncture fixtures measure the resistance of a material to the penetration of a probe. The test material is held by clamping rings and subjected to biaxial stresses in compression which represent stresses when the material is being used in service.
Note: Optional adapters or mechanical connections available for all test machines.
Model: #GD3763-174
GD3763-174 Puncture Resistance Fixture measures high speed puncture properties for plastics in accordance with ASTM D3763.
Features & Benefits
Model: #GF1306
Note: Optional adapters or mechanical connections available for all test machines.
Features & Benefits
Model: #GF1306-174
The GF1306-174 puncture fixture meets the requirements of ASTM F1306 for testing the slow rate penetration resistance of flexible barrier films and laminates. The penetration probe has a 3.2 mm diameter and the manual clamping fixture contains a 35 mm diameter opening for the sample.
