Electro-hydraulic servo actuator is the loading element of the geotechnical engineering test system. According to the different structural forms and uses, in addition to the four electro-hydraulic servo actuators of the structural test system in the POPWIL geotechnical test system, a special actuator for geotechnical test is also designed: The Load Actuator.
This type of actuator does not have a displacement sensor and a load sensor, but high-precision oil pressure sensors are installed at the front and rear chambers of the actuator. The thrust of the actuator is measured by the product of the hydraulic pressure and the piston area. The electro-hydraulic servo surface load actuator adopts a single-outlet double-acting structure. The rear end is flange-mounted, and the front end is equipped with a ball hinge and a push plate. Multiple actuators are installed in parallel to form a stress surface. Each actuator can also be controlled in groups or in groups to complete the closed-loop control of step load or load retention of the surface load. The loading frequency is lower than 1Hz, and the servo valve is installed on the oil separator.
Note: Surface load actuators with a maximum load capacity of more than 3000kN can be customized according to user needs.
